Consumer Protection Program
The League of United Latin American Citizens & Western Union have partnered together to create the Pocket Smart: Consumer Protection Program. This program was designed to educate consumers on predatory practices affecting the Latino community and equip consumers with the knowledge to combat these practices.
Con artists use good people like you and good money transfer companies like Western Union to steal money. The best defense is awareness and education so you can spot the warning signs. Together, we can fight fraud.
