Budgeting and Saving Program

The League of United Latin American Citizens & Bank of America have partnered together to create the Pocket Smart: Budgeting and Saving Program. This program was designed to help you learn how to manage your money by following four easy phases: (1) Creating a budget, (2) Tips on getting out of debt, (3) Creating a savings goal, (4) Reviewing and modifying your budget.
